TITAY, Zamboanga Sibugay, July 14, 2026 — The Titay Municipal Fire Station (MFS) showcased its accomplishments, innovative programs, best practices, and newly launched official website during the 3rd Quarter Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) and Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) Meeting held on July 14, 2026, reaffirming its commitment to delivering more accessible, responsive, and people-centered public services for the residents of Titay.

The meeting was presided over by Municipal Administrator George Castillo and attended by Mayor Riorita M. Castillo, Chairperson of the MPOC and MADAC. During the council meeting, participating agencies presented their respective accomplishments and updates to strengthen inter-agency coordination in maintaining peace and order, promoting public safety, and advancing community development.

Representing the Titay Municipal Fire Station, SFO4 Neil P Siaron, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, and FO1 William Julius A Barron presented the station’s accomplishments, flagship programs, and best practices that have enhanced emergency response, fire safety education, disaster preparedness, and community engagement. They emphasized the station’s continuing efforts to become a more competitive and innovative public service institution, consistently raising the standard of service for every Titayanon.

A highlight of the presentation was the introduction of the Titay Municipal Fire Station’s newly launched official website by FO1 Barron. The digital platform enables residents to conveniently access news and updates, request fire safety lectures and drills, submit official request letters online, and learn more about the station’s programs and services, bringing BFP services closer to the community through digital innovation.

Also presenting their accomplishments were the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Titay, represented by Dr. Grazelle Anne F. Carido, Municipal Health Officer; the Philippine National Police (PNP), represented by PMAJ ARNOLD A ESPARES, Chief of Police of Titay; the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), represented by SJO4 Romel Torres; and the Philippine Army, represented by 1LT JASPER R UGALI (INF) PA, Commanding Officer of Bravo Company, 106th Infantry Battalion. Their presentations highlighted the collective efforts of their respective agencies in promoting public safety, public health, peace and order, and community resilience.

The quarterly council meeting reaffirmed the strong partnership among local government offices and national agencies in delivering quality public service. Through collaboration, innovation, and shared commitment, the Municipality of Titay continues to strengthen programs that contribute to a safer, healthier, and more resilient community.
