A productive 30-minute gathering under the FLORIAN Program was conducted at Titay Municipal Fire Station, bringing together outgoing and incoming personnel for meaningful discussions and team engagement.

FLORIAN, which stands for Fireside Lounge: Operations, Rescue, Ideas, Awareness, and Networking, serves as a platform where personnel can openly share insights, discuss operational concerns, exchange innovative ideas, and strengthen professional relationships within the station.

Hosted by SFO1 Lorelyn P Bingaro, the session featured a discussion on Fire Safety Enforcement Section (FSES) programs and updates, promoting greater awareness and enhancing the knowledge of personnel.

More than a routine gathering, FLORIAN fosters camaraderie, encourages collaboration, and reinforces the shared commitment of every firefighter toward excellence in public service. Through open communication and mutual learning, personnel build stronger bonds that translate into more effective teamwork and operational readiness.

This initiative is spearheaded by SFO4 Neil P Siaron, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal of Titay, as part of the station’s commitment to cultivating a culture of unity, continuous learning and service excellence.
