Titay MFS Strengthens Media Partnership to Expand Public Awareness on Fire Safety Programs

TITAY, Zamboanga Sibugay, July 17, 2026 — The Titay Municipal Fire Station (MFS), led by SFO4 Neil P Siaron, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, strengthened its partnership with the local media by engaging radio practitioners and inviting them to become active partners in promoting the Bureau of Fire Protection’s programs, innovations and community-based initiatives.

During a live guesting on Juander Radio on July 17, 2026, SFO4 Siaron highlighted the station’s continuing efforts to modernize public service through innovative programs that enhance fire safety, disaster preparedness, emergency response and community resilience. He emphasized that the media plays a vital role in ensuring that timely, accurate, and life-saving information reaches every household in the Municipality of Titay.

SFO4 Siaron encouraged members of the media to work closely with the Titay Municipal Fire Station in advancing public awareness campaigns and promoting initiatives that foster a culture of fire prevention and disaster preparedness. He noted that strong collaboration between the BFP and the media is essential in building informed, prepared, and resilient communities.

The Acting Municipal Fire Marshal also expressed his sincere appreciation to Juander Radio for providing the station with the opportunity to share its programs and accomplishments with the public.
