FO1 Carido Brings World-Class Emergency Care Home

Titay Municipal Fire Station celebrates another milestone as FO1 Arven T Carido successfully completed the prestigious Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Training Program in Taiwan from June 22–30, 2026.

FO1 Carido was among only 54 BFP emergency responders nationwide selected for the international training. The program equipped participants with advanced skills in tactical emergency medicine, pre-hospital care, disaster response, and high-risk rescue operations.

His achievement is a source of pride for Titay MFS, as the knowledge and expertise he gained will further strengthen the station’s emergency medical response capabilities, ensuring faster, safer, and more effective life-saving services for the people of Titay. Through this international learning experience, Titay MFS continues its commitment to delivering emergency response that meets global standards while serving the local community with excellence.
