TITAY, Zamboanga Sibugay — July 10, 2026 — To strengthen fire prevention efforts and enhance emergency preparedness, the Titay Municipal Fire Station intensified its fire safety inspections and information drive among business establishments across the municipality on July 10, 2026, reinforcing compliance with fire safety regulations and equipping business owners, employees, and the public with the knowledge needed to prevent destructive fires and respond effectively during emergencies.

The activity, conducted by personnel of the Titay Municipal Fire Station, forms part of the Bureau of Fire Protection’s continuing commitment to safeguarding lives, protecting property, and fostering a culture of fire safety within the community. The initiative underscored the shared responsibility of government agencies, business owners, employees, and the community in reducing fire risks and building a safer environment. By promoting compliance with fire safety standards and encouraging preparedness, the campaign aims to minimize fire incidents, protect lives and property, and help businesses remain resilient in the face of emergencies.
The Titay Municipal Fire Station continues to encourage all business establishments to regularly assess their fire safety measures, maintain their fire protection systems, and actively participate in fire safety education programs. Through sustained inspections, public awareness campaigns, and strong community partnerships, the station remains committed to ensuring that every business in Titay is prepared to prevent fires and respond effectively whenever emergencies occur.
